Homework is an integral part of the instructional program and learning process. While we strongly discourage parents from dropping off homework, we recognize there are sometimes extenuating circumstances. If this proves to be the case, homework may be dropped off in the office. Please make sure that it has the child’s name and room number on it.

After School Hours:
Despite having many public programs in our school throughout the week, we need to limit the number of people in and out of classrooms after school hours.  Custodians do not know which parents and/or students should be allowed into classrooms and there is concern over what people are doing in the rooms after hours.  Therefore, all classroom doors will be locked at dismissal.  No student or parent will be allowed into a classroom to collect forgotten work or materials.  If your child forgets something at school, a consequence is a valuable learning experience.  This is another way to help keep our students safe while teaching responsibility.
