Team Aviator strives to instill excellence in each individual.  We strongly encourage motivation, hard work and persistence in everyday learning.  We look to guide each child up the pyramid to success.  Our ultimate goal would be that each student achieves his or her personal best on a daily basis and in doing so, become a knowledgeable, confident and caring person in today's society.
