Welcome back to school (2008-2009)!

 We look forward to seeing our students on the first day of school, August 27, 2008.  

Parents/Guardians:  Please notify the school in writing this week if your child goes to day care or has alternative dismissal plans. 

If your child will be picked up from school, please send in a note to the teacher on the day of pick up, clearly stating who will be picking your child up.  Last minute calls and faxes can be missed so we do request that you send a written note with your child the morning of the alternative dismissal.  Please follow the dismissal procedures in the gym.  Parking is tight so the best form of transportation is our buses! 

Also, please be aware that bus drivers are carefully following their new routes and we are all making sure children are getting on the correct bus and going to their correct bus stops, so you may notice that they are delayed in coming home – it always takes a little longer the first week of school! 

I am looking forward to seeing many of you at our newcomers and first PTO night on September 3 at 6:15 PM.
