Has Monroe hired a Transportation Expert?

Robert Jenckes is the Transportation Planner for First Student.   Mr. Jenckes has 37 years of experience in the transportation industry.   He also has district level experience having served as the Transportation Manager for the Warwick, R.I. Public Schools.   Currently he is employed as a consultant to First Student and his experience is part of First Student’s services to their districts.   His planning assignments for First Student have included Charleston, Savanah, Syracuse and Worchester, MA.   He also oversees transportation planning for First Student clients in MA, NH and VT and his home state of Rhode Island.
